You can expect to receive a confirmation email, which includes details of your order and a link to download your Tax Invoice.
If it doesn't appear in your inbox, be sure to check your junk or spam folders in case it has landed there. If you're still unable to locate it, please do not hesitate to contact our team for assistance.
We may get in touch with you to confirm the details or shipping address of your order.
When your order is despatched, you will receive another email containing the tracking details and thereafter you should receive status updates from Australia Post directly.

If you contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order, we may still be able to make changes for you. However, to maintain our high standards of customer service, it is important that any order change requests are communicated to us in writing. We are unable to accept order amendments over the phone.
If you are requesting the addition of further items to your order, please also advise us of the size you would like (where applicable). We will add the items to your order and you will subsequently receive an email link to pay any balance due.
Unfortunately, if you have already received an email advising that your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Unfortunately, we can't take orders over the phone. All orders must be made directly from our online store.

If you are concerned about purchasing online, for your peace of mind, please note that our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify is PCI level 1 compliant for credit card processing which means that it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance. Yes absolutely. We don't offer a gift wrapping service at this time but you are of course welcome to have your order sent to any address in Australia or New Zealand.
Please note that the email address used to place the order will be sent the order confirmation, invoice, dispatch notifications and any delivery progress updates sent by Australia Post.

We understand how frustrating it can be to receive an order with a missing item.
If you receive an order from us with a missing item, please follow these steps:
~ Missing item claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.
~ Contact us with your order number and missing item name.
We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please note that we may have packed smaller items into a larger item within your order to keep them safe during transit. You may find that a Restraint or Genuine Part has been packed inside a cover you ordered, so please check all items and packaging thoroughly.
We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us resolve the issue promptly.

Yes absolutely. For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternative address such as your work/business address.
If you choose do this, please include the name of the business in the shipping address to assist the delivery driver or your parcel may be deemed undeliverable and returned to us.

Yes absolutely.
We use Australia Post so we can accept PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses however, please note that most of our products will be too large to fit inside a box/locker, so they may be carded for collection.

All deliveries will require a signature* unless you provide Authority To Leave (ATL) during checkout.
If you select the 'Authority to Leave' checkbox for your parcel at checkout, a signature will not be required on delivery and your package will be left in a suitable place at your delivery address if you're not home. If however, the delivery driver cannot identify a suitable/safe place to leave your package and deems the goods will not be secure if left, your package will be carded for collection from the nearest Post Office.
Please note we will not be held responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of selecting Authority To Leave.

Sorry no, Australia Post drivers are unable to call upon arrival at your address or for further delivery instructions. Please note any delivery instructions in the field at checkout.

Yes absolutely!
We have big dogs ourselves so we designed our products with big dogs in mind. Please find further details below regarding specific elements we have incorporated for each product type to ensure greater peace of mind.
Cargo Liners
Our Liners are made from an extremely durable, scratch and abrasion-resistant fabric with non-slip mesh covering the entire floor section underneath to prevent them from sliding as your dog jumps in or out of your car. Headrest straps are double bar-tacked for extra strength.
Hammocks/Seat Covers
We use YKK brand buckles, trusted worldwide for their impeccable production standards and thorough quality control. The style we chose has been tested to a breaking strength of around 127kg. We reinforce headrest straps where they meet the cover to help prevent sideways pull on the box stitching connecting them to the Hammock and we double bar tack stitch the fixed buckles to ensure these can’t give out under stress.
The non-slip mesh covering the underside of the bench and seatback in addition to the seat anchors, prevent the cover from sliding when a dog jumps in or out of the car. Whilst this doesn’t contribute directly to weight tolerances, it helps prevents any sideways motion which could put pressure on seams and/or buckles leading to breakages, etc so we protect against this too.

Our covers are designed to be installed by buckling straps up around the rear headrests of your vehicle. We recommend having adjustable headrests purely because the straps can easily and reliably fit around the steel adjustment posts on this style of headrest.
Liners
If you have low profile rear seat headrests or none at all, we're very sorry to advise that our Liners won't suit your car.
Hammocks
If you have sports style front seat headrests without steel adjustment posts, we wouldn't recommend installing our Hammock headrest straps around them as the weight of your dog moving around on the Hammock could cause the straps to mark the leather, particularly if you have a large dog. You may wish to consider our Bench Seat Cover as an alternative.
If your front headrests are adjustable but your car has low profile rear seat headrests (or none at all) we are pleased to advise that we offer Headrest Conversion Belts. These belts connect to the headrest straps on our covers and enable you to use the child seat anchor points in the back of the rear seats to secure it in place instead. This means you won't ever have to worry about the straps slipping off your headrests.
Our Headrest Conversion Belts are compatible with all our rear seat covers.
Are your covers waterproof?

The top layer of fabric is waterproof oxford polyester so it's great for wet dogs, small spills, sand and mud. However, due to the quilted design, they aren't 100% watertight. We have plans to design a fully waterproof style in the future.
Will a Liner interfere with the installation of a Childseat/Capsule in the rear seat?

Not at all, rest assured you can have both as our Liners won’t interfere with the installation of a baby capsule or child seat in any way.
For added safety, we always recommend that any capsules or child seats be installed first so that the top tether belt is flush against the top and back of the rear seat. Our Liner can then easily be installed over the top as it is held in place by straps that buckle up around the headrests.
Please note that only one Latch hook should be used per anchor point so please consider this if you plan on purchasing an Access Liner. If you have Child Seats/Capsules utilising both outer Anchor Points this will only leave the middle anchor point available for tetering your dog (new design Access Liner).

What is the best way to clean my cover?
What is the best way to clean my cover?
A care label is attached to the back of your cover (or the inside of the cover if you have one of our Deluxe Beds) however, please see below for additional care options.
We don't recommend machine washing your cover because it could damage the nonslip backing however, we propose a few different wash method suggestions based on the intensity of clean you feel it needs.
1) For an intermittent clean/refresh
Remove from your car, shake off or brush down to remove any stubborn fur and wipe down with a damp cloth.
2) Routine Surface clean
Remove from your car, hose off thoroughly before line drying in the shade.
3) Intense Deep Clean
For a really intense clean, our covers can be soaked in a cold water bath with a gentle washing detergent. Simply submerge the item and soak for up to 20minutes (don't rub the fabric together though as this could damage the quilting). Rinse well in cold water until all detergent residue is gone and roll to squeeze out the water. Transfer outdoors and line/drip dry in the shade.
