We want you to love our products!

Your satisfaction is guaranteed so if you receive an item and you are not completely happy with it, submit a return request within 30 days of receipt of the product via our easy returns portal.

Simply click the below link, follow the steps and take your return to your selected location. 

All returned products must be in new, resaleable condition free of dog hair, odour, damage or signs of usage and in its original packaging with all included materials. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a refusal.


To make an exchange, please follow the above return process noting the item you would like to exchange it for in the comment field. Please also let us know if you would like your exchange item sent to a different address otherwise it will be posted to the one we have on file for your original order.  

Please note we don't offer free returns. Postage charges apply to Exchanges and Change of Mind Returns.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you believe that you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible!

If the item is deemed to be faulty or damaged we will replace it in the first instance or we may issue you with a refund of the purchase price and original postage charges in exchange for the faulty or damaged merchandise.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits given to you under this satisfaction return process are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws.

Important Notes:

Items purchased via must be posted to our Returns Address (specified on the return label). They cannot be exchanged by or returned to any of our authorised retailers. 

Items not purchased from the Pawmanity Website must be returned to the original place of purchase. If you are unable to return an item at the original place of purchase, please contact us and provide details of the issue along with a photo.

Online Return Postage 

Please note that we are unable to refund the original postage paid for change of mind or exchange returns.

We are not responsible for items returned to us that are lost in transit or for any return postage charges incurred.
