When do I need to order for guaranteed Christmas delivery?
The sooner the better but we can only guarantee delivery on orders received by midnight AEDT (VIC Timezone) on Thursday 12th December 2024 (Parcel Post).
Where do items ship from?
All items are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. 
If I order after this date, could I still receive my order before Christmas?
Yes of course!
If you place an order after this date, it is still quite possible that your order will arrive by Christmas, especially if you're in VIC/ACT/NSW and you opt for Express Postage, we just can't guarantee it.
Can I have my order shipped directly to the gift recipient?
Yes absolutely, just enter the lucky persons address information in the shipping details section and your order will ship directly to them!
Providing Authority to Leave for gifts, should be carefully considered however, because we cannot accept responsibility for deliveries permitted to be left without a signature.
Is any pricing information enclosed with orders?
No, not for orders within Australia. While packing slips are included with all orders, copy invoices aren't and our product swingtags also don't display prices on them so rest assured, pricing information won't be enclosed with orders.
For New Zealand deliveries however, please note that a dutiable value is noted on the shipping label.
Christmas Delivery Guarantee Terms and Conditions
Where your product has been ordered within the deadline above, and a delivery attempt has not been made by 24th December, we will refund you the amount equal to the shipping charge you paid for your product.
Where an order qualified for Free Shipping, we will compensate you the amount equal to our standard delivery charge.
A delivery attempt is where the carrier has attempted delivery, but no-one was present to sign for the goods. Where there is no-one available to accept delivery, a calling card will be left, or goods taken to a local depot or post office for collection.
