Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days, however please allow extra time during peak periods and new product releases. Dispatch of an order may be delayed where address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.
We use Australia Post and all orders are dispatched from Melbourne, VIC Australia.

Delivery within Australia is available via Standard Parcel Post or Express Post.
We happily ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and Parcel Collect locations. 😊🐾

International Express Post

Orders are dispatched via Australia Post and transferred to New Zealand Post upon arrival. You can track your order using the same tracking number on the NZ Post Tracking page.

Delivery Estimates Disclaimer
Delivery Times are estimates only and are based on assuming regular business operations, excluding weekends, public holidays and unexpected warehouse closures.
Delivery estimates are in no way a guaranteed delivery date. Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier, incorrect/undeliverable delivery addresses, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels that are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Subject to our Returns Policy, delivery charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Signature & Authority to Leave
All deliveries require a signature unless you provide Authority to Leave (ATL) instructions in the courier instructions area on the cart page before checkout.
If you provide 'Authority to Leave' or 'Allow SafeDrop' instructions for your parcel, a signature will not be required on delivery and your package will be left in a suitable place at your delivery address if you're not home. We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen as a result of ATL instructions.
If the delivery driver cannot identify a suitable/safe place to leave your package and deems it will not be secure if left, it will instead be delivered to the nearest collection point and you will be notified by Australia Post.
